Four steps from your point of view to a published post. You share what you know and approve the work; we manage the writing, scheduling, and reporting.
01
Share your expertise
A voice session gives us your stories, audience, topics, and boundaries. Past posts help us learn what sounds like you.
02
We write
Latitude’s AI assists with ideas and analysis. Your human writer shapes the story, checks the facts, and refines your voice.
03
You approve
Review each draft in Latitude and ask for changes. You give final approval before anything is scheduled.
04
We publish and report
We schedule approved posts, review their performance, and report what we learn to shape the next round.
A 45–60 minute voice session, then your first drafts.
01A lesson from a customer
02Your take on a common question
Week 0203 posts
Publish & refine
Feedback sharpens the voice. One revision round per post.
03A useful how-to
04An opinion you can explain
05Something you learned at work
Week 0301 post
Review & decide
The last post, then a review of the work and your time.
06A lesson worth sharing
Illustrative themes. We build the actual calendar with you, and you approve every draft.
Watch the performance. Adjust the plan.
We proactively review impressions, engagement, and engagement rate in Latitude, then turn that analysis into editorial decisions and a clear report.
Spot stronger posts and themes worth developing.
Rework openings, angles, or timing when results fall short.
Report what changed and what we will try next.
We also review voice fit and your revision effort. Our working aim: four of six pilot posts approved with one revision or fewer. Early results guide the next step; the pilot does not guarantee leads or revenue.

Latitude-assisted drafts, human polish, and a steady publishing rhythm.
The platform helps you plan, draft, schedule, and measure content. Managed services add a writing team to handle the setup and content routine with you. You provide the expertise and give final approval before anything is scheduled.
A voice and positioning session, past posts or writing samples where available, and the topics and boundaries that matter to you. During the pilot, you'll review six drafts and give us feedback. We review your actual time commitment at the end.
How much does it cost?
The pricing is $750 for the three-week, six-post pilot, then $750/month for Essentials, $1,500/month for Managed, or $2,500/month for Plus (USD). Compare the package inclusions. We confirm scope, platform access, and final commercial terms in your proposal before work begins.
Can partners offer managed services through Latitude?
Yes. Partners can use Latitude to deliver their own managed content services, alongside Latitude’s direct offering. When a partner introduces a client, the partner retains the commercial relationship. We do not pitch our direct managed service to those clients.
What is outside the service?
The packages cover the agreed content and review schedule. They do not include unlimited revisions, daily account management, sending direct messages, custom graphics or video production, or a full brand strategy engagement.
Can you guarantee leads or sales?
We can define the content work and review process clearly. Audience response and commercial results vary. The pilot helps us assess voice fit, publishing consistency, your effort, and early performance before deciding what comes next.
What happens after the pilot?
We review the work together and decide whether ongoing support makes sense. If you continue, we agree on the package, price, and terms before starting. If you stop, we share what we learned.
